In Memorial - Ally

This is not part of our normal travel blog. This is therapy for Bill and
I because our cat Ally has been ill and has been put down.

Reasons why we loved our Ally cat:

She had an adorable kitten face even though she was 7

She told me when the food dish was too low

She would drink water by dipping her paw in the water and licking it off if it was not completely filled

She could play catch with crumpled paper

She liked chasing crumpled paper and carrying it in her mouth like a mouse

She had a beautiful fluffy tail and furry "chicken" feet

She was scared of her own shadow and would have to jump over it

She has made it out the door with 4 paws, Ella has only stuck her head out

She would only talk to Bill until recently, she had just started answering me too

She did NOT like to be shaved

She was so tiny when we first got her that she would fit in one hand
and could climb up my clothes on the hanger and sleep on the shoulder
without tipping the hanger

She would beg for salmon, but only eat a tiny bit

She would cuddle up right next to Bill beside his ribs in bed at night

She cost us a small fortune in vet bills for eating elastics and getting kidney infections, but she was worth every penny
